Title: if youre training anytime but late in the evening/night youre not doing it right
Post by: ratherbebig on June 17, 2019, 11:56:34 AM
i get really tired after training, the reason for this is that i train so hard!

which leads me to believe that if youre not training late in the evening or night, youre not training hard

Bizarre syntax.  Rambling incoherent sentence structure.

I'm calling the police.

I like to train on an empty stomach.  Also, if I consume caffeine too late it interferes with my sleep.  I don't like to go too early though because then there's nobody in the gym and they dont get to marvel at my physical excellency

These two factors mean that my ideal training time is like 3-5ish

i believe if you train hard you get tired.

if you get tired you want to rest/sleep.

therefore you cannot train at any other time than late evenings/nights unless you're a bum that doesnt work.

to suggest that you're training hard and then not have to rest afterwards is simply impossible.

it cannot be done.

Exercise doesn't make  you sleepy.

it does if you train hard enough.

you're spent.

need to rest. NOW.

energy? forget it.

why would you have energy? you just spent all the energy you've got.

grape ape realizes he never trained hard his whole life, he just imagined he did.

not once has he reflected upon the fact that he doesnt get tired after training.

well i got news for you champ - you train like a pussy. thats why you dont get tired and can train early and have plenty of energy left for all kinds of stuff that day.

"During low- to moderate-level exercise, the body harnesses energy from a molecule called adenosine triphosphate, or ATP, which uses oxygen in the body to keep you moving. Staying at this intensity level allows you to work out while also effectively recovering afterward.

When your regimen is too strenuous, however, the demand for ATP is higher, and it can leave your energy reserves depleted and may leave you with extreme fatigue after working out."

"too strenuous" they call it.

i call it home.

Well, no, he's right... this is a stupid thread and you sound like an idiot and literally everyone who posted in this thread disagreed with you and pretty much every scientific study disagrees with you, too. But this is the thread where he drew the line? What do we need to save bandwidth for... another deconstruction of an Olivia Wilde movie that no one has heard of? Pictures of negro chickens? Advice on how to use itunes?

I used to be post dinner guy for 14 years. Nowadays I prefer to train fasted after trying it out due to a schedule change (more business trips to dubai, india). I feel stronger with an emptier gut.

jay cutler trains late.

he likes to get in as many meals as possible before training.

thats another good reason.

If only Ronnie Coleman trained after work instead of before in the morning just think how many Mr. Olympias he would have won and how hard he would have able to train?

Ratherbebig once again proves that he is the stupidest poster here and no one believes he's ever come close to ever training hard. He doesn't work but still lives with his parents and posts on GetBig all day posting whatever comes to mind. Just posts just to post ashamed of where he lives.

Sad.

Sad.

one has to be careful when picking a bodybuilding pro as an example that would compare to ordinary guys.

picking ronnie coleman as an example for training is stupid because of how he responds do training because of his genetics etc.

picking jay cutler as an example, like i did, for training late having more meals in before training however works for ordinary guys as well.

so your example doesnt work.
mine does.

What a moronic statement. Btw, it's 11pm in Hawaii so it's 2 in the morning on the West Coast and even later across the country -- but there you are with your fat ass planted in front of the computer screen still on GetBig. Get a job you fat fuck.

You should watch this movies called Pumping Iron. See how many of those legends are training   late at night.

Pellius he is not in the States !. Sergio Oliva was training very late at night  he was Chicago metal worker by day (before his police job), Milos Sarcev was

 training at 10 pm.

I was training for 6 weeks at 5am with the world surfing champ at Fitness 1st in Dee Why on Sydney Northern beaches, fatso knows nothing

about martial art (Muay Thai) training of + 5km before 6am, Thai fighters work all day long & train late at night. Have U ever live in Muay Thai training

camp 'Fat Fuck' ?.

Hey fatso join the army & you'll physically active 24/7.

If I train at night I would never be able to get to sleep because I would be wired. I worked revolving shift work much of my life. You train when you can due to family and work responsibilities. Right now I have a great situation. I'm retired and working part time. I normally get to the gym about 10AM then I get to work. It works for me. If I got up any earlier I would be stiff as a board. Takes a while for this old body to get working. I walk down the stairs in the morning like a very  old man.

night time is the right time

after a tough intense training session you cant do anything else. you're done.

however, if you dont train intense, sure you can train anytime... you dont even feel like you worked out... you can do anything since you only been pumping a little

but thats a whole different style of training

Anytime after 8:00 pm is great for me. The gym is less crowded and my energy levels are peaking.
