Just getting ready for what's coming. 525 X 5 X 10. Fifty working reps.  Stepping on the gas very lightly. I will press down harder on the gas pedal soon. Hope everyone is heathy.  :)

Great deadlifting!  :o If you don't mind cheking out my deadlift. The first lift is deficit. Then pull from floor.
Any tips will be apreciated.  ;D

Mike O'Hearn and I have been friends since the early 1990's.  Mark Bell and I are trying to get him up to Super Training Gym for some workouts and perhaps a seminar.

Truth be told, I'm most likely stronger than Mike in the squat and deadlift. Mike is most likely stronger than me in every other lift/exercise.
