The libtards will continue to scream "their communities" are under served, yet the census data won't support it. Keep digging dumbasses.

I may understand the legal rational for the ruling but I still see nothing wrong with asking of someone is a US citizen on census.
On this issue I agree with Trump.
Let me take a shot at it. Those who are not legally here will either lie or not take part in the census. This skews the numbers and the very reason for the census. It's like asking on the census, "Do you have an outstanding traffic warrant?" Not many people are going to answer it or answer it truthfully. So the theory is the Republicans added the question to skew the results which affect resources/funding allocated to those areas. I'm not arguing for or against it, just giving you the other perspective

I assume you're aware the citizenship question is intended to reduce minority participation which could impact the balance of power in states and the House of Representatives and the Electoral College which are based on total population.
John Roberts said the explanation for adding the question didn't pass muster. "The sole stated reason -- seems to have been contrived. We are presented, in other words, with an explanation for agency action that is incongruent with what the record reveals about the agency's priorities and decisionmaking process."
The Census Bureau did a study of how adding the citizenship question could inpact the outcome and they estimated that the question could result in an undercount of up to 8% of the total population because households with noncitizen members might question the confidentiality of their responses and choose not to respond, fearing possible government misuse of the data.
If the Census Bureau estimated that adding the question will result in an inaccurate count then what is the point of the question..... or IS THAT THE EXACT REASON for adding it.

I've worked for the Department of Commerce for which the data is used for a multitude of purposes. The data is already skewed because of falsified information provided by either the respondent or the employee trying to up their productivity. The 2020 Census is going to be a major cluster for a whole plethora of reasons regardless.

What's the point of skewing it even further, especially when the Census Bureau has a study saying they expect this single question to result in up to an 8% undercount

Illegal immigrants shouldn't be represented anyway. They don't belong here in the US, why is that so hard for dummycrats to understand?

Yep, it's a complete joke. So if you have million illegal immigrants in one place the 10 actual voters will get more representation is my understanding then someone who has 10000 actual voters. That's just one of the problems.

why is it so hard for Trumptards to understand that "non-citizens" are not just illegal aliens and that this question alone is expected to result in an 8% undercount (per the a study by the Census bureau)
The purpose of the census is to get an accurate count of the population.
the entire purpose of this question is to create an undercount to benefit the Republcan party
Too bad Trumptards couldn't come up with a valid explanation for why they wanted to add this question
Again, to quote Chief Justice (and Republican) John Roberts
"The sole stated reason -- seems to have been contrived. We are presented, in other words, with an explanation for agency action that is incongruent with what the record reveals about the agency's priorities and decisionmaking process."

Scumbag Roberts again. ::)
The guy is a pathetic piece of shit.
The longstanding rumor is that Democrats have something on him.
I hear he is a big pole-smoker.
Also, he supposedly pulled off some sort of illegal adoption of his two kids.
-
Trump is going to delay the census.
Excellent. 8)
-
It was clear that Roberts was a liberal ever since he was coerced into voting for Obamacare. Fuck him. This doesn't even make sense.
-
This is not over yet.
-
Strawman may not know his Psychic history and the value it has with today's government but he is right about this.

it always makes me laugh when Trumptards resort to character assasination on their own people whenever they don't get what they want
-
Funny to me how democrats are cool with aiding and abetting illegal immigrants since their more likely to vote democrat but are adamantly against supposed Russian ads on facebook promoting Trump.
