Goodmorrow,

According to June Muscle & Fitness 1988 Rich Gaspari's diet was as follows:

7am: Weider Protein Shake

8am: Train

11am: Salmon Fillet/nuts/pickle

1pm: Flank Steak/carrots/multi grain muffin

3pm Train

7pm: Ribeye Steak/baked potato/supplements/3 full glasses of water

10pm: Supplements/Weider Protein Shake/light salad with thousand island dressing if hungry.

Isn't Mike taller than Gaspari.  Mike was big as an house maybe that year he needed up losing too much size weight. 

Any comparison pictures?

No Mike was about 5'8" about the same height as Gaspari , Rich might be a tad taller.
