Anyone on here try it? Can you share your results? I'm starting to get a little tendonitis in the elbow and want to try something because NSAIDS and such while I recover.
-
I take it every night for sleep....it doesn't seem to do much else for me.
-
I’ve used Cbd for anxiety and it seemed to help. Not sure about pain relief as I’m always in pain somewhere but it worked for anxiety relief no doubt and sleep as well.has a nice calming effect.
-
They sell new stuff called “flowers” and I swear it looks and smells just like weed. You roll it up and smoke it like a joint. Done that once with no effect, I kept waiting to get high. I use a roll on occasionally and it seems to do something. I couple that with turmeric as an anti inflammatory.

I like Hemp/cbd cream which i apply topically to my upper back/shoulders/neck
i tend hold to lots of inflammation in my upper back/shoulders/neck and hemp/cbd cream gives you this icy smooth relaxed feel. I love it. mini menthol feel.
the theory it helps reduce inflammation hence why I use it on my stressor areas.

thanks for replying. this is new to me. I have heard that hemp and cdb are two different things.
my concern is that if it does work (if.. that is) it may cause me to be sleepy. I see people reporting it helps with sleep and anxiety, which makes me wonder if I take it during the day I will be dragging.

1. cbd cream is applied topically - skin issues and stress/inflammation. if i get a pimple it helps big time since it attacks inflammation
2. yes CBD is semi different than hemp. i sometimes mix the two creams up.
i am only bro science with feedback and i love the hemp cream. love it. after every shower i apply it. makes me feel good too

I vape CBD mostly for anxiety, pain and for sleep.

Come on with that vaping shit. I so badly want to slap a fucking vape pen out of somebody's mouth.

I don't think I would enjoy vaping much. I have never smoked anything in my life.
-
I've been taking CBD online (https://www.ccrmg.org/) internally for 3-4 months. Coupled with turmeric and regular exercise it has greatly helped to relieve aches and pains. Sleep is improved. I don't wake up at night as often as had become common in recent years, and, when I do, I fall back asleep easily. Works pretty effectively for me!

CBD oil to cure...
Corona virus
Rickets
Broken femurs
Poor bicep peaks
Bad attitude
Gay tendencies
Straight tendencies
Suicidal tendencies... Rock n' Roll!

I use a 9:1 ratio of cbd to thc in a vape pen
The oils never did anything
-
You won't know for sure whether CBD oil (https://www.vitalityhealthcbd.com/) works if you don't try it for yourself. Some people might not feel anything, for some it can work wonders. Find out in your direct experience. Buy some CBD and try it for a week being VERY AWARE of your overall well-being. I wan't to try CBD for myself - so keep you posted on the result
-
Oil on skin? Likely placebo effect.
-

Get a CBD salve 200 mg or stronger. It could take 4-6 weeks but it worked for my forearm tedonitis.
-
My expirementing with this was disappointing to say the least. Nothing really did anything.
-
It does nothing. Its a placebo effect. Poster above said he used it and in 4 to 6 weeks and his tendonitis was gone. Well guess what? It would of been gone in that time without the use of cbd oil or creme. Does anyone remember when they pushed flax seed oil? fish oil? coconut oil etc? All supposed to do wonders. They don't. But now they push cbd oil and people think it comes from pot so it must have an effect. If someone really wants something for pain or whatever look into the different strains of kratom. Now these work and work well. Not picking on anyone who really believes that cbd oil works so please don't take it that way. I'm just saying it doesn't work for most people and besides if you think its working then that's ok
-
If your doing liquid you need at least 1000mgs. It helped me sleep and fight of anxiety.
Also look for certificate of analysis there is a lot of bunk out there. T
Last month Dr. Oz took to the Breakfast Club, a popular syndicated radio show and talked about CBD. His appearance came with a warning about a lot of CBD products. Unfortunately, the results further proved that many CBD brands are doing the public a disservice.
Independent lab tests found that some so-called CBD products have been misleading consumers. 10 out of 13 specimens “were fake” according to the noted tv doctor. The investigation tested “a mix of CBD infused products, ranging from edibles to liquids and creams.”
Some contained THC when labeling indicated that the item was THC-free. One alarming test revealed that a product “contained no CBD, but it did test positive for potentially deadly levels of ethanol.”
-
CBD edibles definitely worked for me. They are a bit expensive here - something like $20 CAD [$1 USD] for a CBD lollipop or something like that. I like it because THC makes me too paranoid and makes me think that I'm dying or feel like I already actually did die, and I am experiencing hell, whereas CBD - being non-psychoactive - doesn't make me incomprehensibly paranoid.
My friend's grandfather is turning 98 in a month, and he was recently prescribed CBD oil for pain.
-
People why don't you just eat coconuts ?.
'CBD' (!?) oil, in Polynesia is known as lamp oil.
-
Most of the products are absolute snake oil, you'd need a very high dose to feel anything IMO and even then it's pretty mild and not worth the cost.

My girlfriend brought me a 10mg THC gelcap the other day, and once it kicked it, I was floored - as I usually am.
I don't know how so many people find marijuana to be so easy to use. I can seldom handle it.
-
Don’t know about CBD but my medical marijuana is being delivered at 1. Nice to get a script for my tendinitis and bursitis. 😂

10mg's of thc makes the world a better place.

Same here. Felt nothing. Some THC oils knock you out though and give you the best sleep of your life. Some make you restless and confused.

CBD and THC are two different animals.

Tried the Green Crack Sativa last night, whew! Have 3 more kinds to try. Love me some medical marijuana.

Totally, 100% different

Hemp is the plant itself. CBD which is Cannabidiol is one of a 100+ cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. Other cannabinoids include THC, CBG, CBC. CBN, etc.
CBD doesn't have psychoactive effects, THC does. CBD acts on the body's endocannabinoid system thats responsible for maintaining the body's homeostasis. Its totally safe.
When buying CBD beware. As one poster put it there are alot of crap products out there becuase the FDA has been slow to regulate it.
Look for the "US Hemp Authority Seal" on the product. That should guarantee you that what's on the label is in the bottle.

I think they’re just subbing in melatonin for CBD and charging 20x the price. Affects me the exact same way. If I take it and lay down, I instantly fall asleep. If I don’t, it basically has no effect.

CBN is the best for that. If a CBD company is subbing Melatonin and not labeling it they should be open for being sued (no FDA regulation) You might have got it from a company that's scamming their product. Lots of fly by night CBD companies out there.

Hello everyone! I know that CBD products have become popular all over the world and it seems to me that this is no coincidence. Many of my friends have used this oil, and none of them said that it was bad, they all unanimously said that it is great for irritability and pain! I can confirm this because I often use CBD products and smoke marijuana which I buy from marijuana dispensary, dispensary (https://www.theartisttree.com/dispensary-west-hollywood/) has a large selection of cannabidiol products.

My daughter gifted me some hemp chocolate edibles. I've only tried one of them so far. To be honest, I didn't feel anything. Supposedly it lessens anxiety. Maybe you have to be anxious for that to happen.

Pot and it's derivatives are wonder drugs. Helps you sleep. Relieves anxiety. Helps with pain. Stops dandruff. Stops seizures. Helps with appetite. Assists with impotency. Stops constipation or the runs. If you have any medical condition pot is the cure. ::)

You are too funny. I do have issues with dandruff in my beard. Tell me, am I supposed to apply it topically? ;)

Got a friend who is in the MLM scam Vasayo. About 8 months ago I was suffering from a form of tennis elbow. He swore if I bought his Tumeric crap and CBD cream that is scientifically proven to deliver the product in double coated molecules blah blah blah. After 3 weeks of the pitch I agreed to purchase the Turmeric crap called Renew, his wife secretly slipped us some CBD cream for free. After a month of both I felt even worse. I stopped both products and eventually the condition corrected itself.
-
Another scam for these cock.suckrrs to get filthy rich just like the supplement companies.
-

only thing that helps against seborrheic eczema are those strong anti fungal shampoos applied every day
-
I had someone to purchase the CBD cream and a CBD oil formula from a legit dispensary. It was $70 and $65 each for a small bottle. I honestly did not see a difference. I have them away to two different friends and they rave about them.
I think I have a photo of the containers somewhere. I will look for it. It should have the website on there as well. But I really saw no difference. I got better results from just icing the area down three times a day.

Had a friend thank me profusely for suggesting CBD for sleep.
He's a CEO type - brain always on, slept like shit his whole life.
He said CBD has changed everything for him, and he sleeps all night now.

Marijuana and it’s byproducts are another method to further hasten the decline of the white male.

I didn't have the oral solution so I couldn't say. I wasn't looking for sleep benefit. It could be nothing more than ibuprofen and benadryl in the mix from some of these strip mall places though.

The industry is unregulated. So a lot of it is crap. A dispensary doesn't necessarily lab test 3rd party products they sell. I have seen fake 3rd party lab tests posted on sites. I have read estimates of 50% of CBD brands not having the amount of CBD advertised in the bottle and have seen one study where they tested 3 products each from 12 companies and found 2 of them not have CBD in them at all.
Look for the US Hemp Authority Seal. That guarantees what's on the label is in the bottle.

For NSAIDs, have you ever tried COX-2 anti-inflammatories like Celebrex or Xefo? They are much lighter on the stomach as the COX-1 is what is mostly responsible for stomach issues. I've also found them to be stronger, longer lasting and overall more effective.

Suppository

As a suppository

Also, for tendonitis or pain in your elbow, check for any trigger points or knots in your triceps or biceps which could be referring pain and/or putting more strain on the joint due to the muscles not activating properly due to the trigger points. This happened to me.
-

My dermatologist prescribed Sulfacetamide 10% lotion. It is a topical antibiotic. So far it is working. No more itching beard....Yeah! -Wish I'd mentioned the itchy beard area to him years ago. I may even grow out mine again.
Taffin, my itchy beard is on my face and not my butt. But your comment is funny anyway.

i tried naproxin, prednisone, cortizone shots, cbd, everything you could imagine... dealt with the shit for a whole year... 2 rounds of plasma therapy and i was as good as new...took about 3 months total... no bullshit... cost around $450 per treatment.. if it gets worse, check it out.
-
CBD doesn't do shit, for me, without a little THC in it. All the texas legal ones are shit. I tried some in CO with a little thc, it was magical for pain.
-
Tried it to help me sleep and it worked for about two weeks then I needed to up the dose for it to work then I just said fuck it and stopped.
-
CBD hasn't done much for me. But i tried the Delta 8 THC, which is legal and it definitely made me feel a little wonky. ;D
I don't see how CBD could reduce inflammation, there is no mechanism for it to do so. What it does is calm you down and make you relax, which can relieve tension and make the pain lessen for a short period of time.
Same thing with THC. It basically distracts your brain.
I can rarely smoke weed or take edibles anymore, they mess me up too bad and i feel sluggish for a couple days.
Once in a blue moon i'll buy some edibles and go camping with some friends, eat a few and sing Kumbaya around the camp fire. ;D
But generally it's too much for me.
The Delta 8 THC is pretty mild, the edibles don't do anything really, but the vape pen will calm you down a few pegs.
Makes me sleep like a baby, but taken during the day it makes me tired and lazy. Overall it helps with anxiety, but i can't be very productive on it.
The best thing that cured my social anxiety and general anxiety, which i was on medication for a few years, was to move to a more relaxed environment and get a job that is less stressful.
There is no drug that can replace living in a relaxed place and working a steady 8-5 job without unrealistic expectations.
Pot is everywhere in my town, i see people smoking it walking around. It's really no big deal here. There is a nice dispensary down the street from the office. I don't have a weed card, but it's so easy to get i don't understand why it's still illegal.
-
It can be somewhat liver toxic. Maybe spitting the oil after letting it rest under the tongue for a couple of minutes, might help mitigate the toxicity. Regarding its effects i found it very mild for shoulder pain and as a sleeping aid.

I’ve tried CBD a few times for joint soreness after training. Didn’t do much for the discomfort, but it helped me relax and sleep better, though the effects faded with regular use.
I also tried Delta 8 gummies for sleep like the ones from https://www.stirlingcbdoil.com/product/delta-8-gummies-for-sleep/. They made it easier to wind down at night, but weren’t a long-term fix.
For elbow soreness, easing up on training and adding slow eccentric movements helped more. Curious if anyone’s combined CBD with turmeric or omega-3s for extra recovery support?[/quote]

Delta 8 gummies
Supposedly a result of that...

I just read a statistic, about 50% of US smokers said they drove within 2 hours of smoking and 90% said they drove the same day. IIRC. Would you guys say this is a safe practice? Some new US study also showed a strong correlation between cannabis use and dementia in older people.
I'm not anti-weed, I like it sometimes, although it's been months now...
It does cause probably excessive rumination on problems for me and is maybe like painful therapy... if that's good or bad I don't know. Sometimes it's just beautiful and spiritual. Somehow "religious." :D

I've used cbd, cbg, cleantheres such a wide spectrum of cannibinoid(sp?) oils.
I think its cbg that is best for sleep. I've used cod for sleep but cbg is definitely better.
I've been using a nutmeg extract for sleep recently.
It evokes some of the same experiences as Marijuana. It has a strong onset you can feel an initial increase in blood pressure, then a massive ammount of anxiety and paranoia that all subsides pretty quickly, then I get horny as all hell- crazy feeling of ..... libido isn't the right word... maybe a sense of euphoria or erogenous senses... then the next thing you know you're waking up 8 hours later feeling fucking fantastic.

Not sure why this thread was bumped up again, but what worked for me - and it cleared it right up as I haven't had any problems or flareups/hints since then - was I had a marble cut in half and glued the flat side on to a rubber band that fit around my thumb. I had one in the car, one at home. And every time I had a chance - watching tv, or sitting at red lights, etc... - I would put it around my thumb and dig the rounded side of the marble into the spot where I had tenderness and do cross fiber friction back and forth one way for a bit, then back and forth in a different direction for a bit and keep changing. It didn't take long (time it took red light to change or just a few minutes watching tv), but I did it multiple times per day.
It broke that shit up fast and I've never had another issue at all. Of course, I don't think this is going to work for deep tissue areas like shoulders or quads. But for elbows and CTS, it should. I learned this from the ART specialist that leases an office at my gf clinic. So if you are having elbow/forearm issues give it a shot. It only took about three weeks.
-
PS - I did try some CBD and CBG and the other kind of oils/creams/ointments on it and didn't get any results. I think these products are a bit misleading in their claims.
