Title: Whats healthier?
Post by: cephissus on July 03, 2019, 06:15:32 PM
A. Chicken and broccoli three meals a day. In bed before 10. Up before 6. Weights or cardio 5 days a week. Mobility work, stretching, meditation and mindfulness, no electronics an hour before bed, podcasts and antioxidant smoothies, desk job with wrist exercises, side bends, and eye rests 5 minutes per hours. One company, low to mid six figures after 20 years. Caffeine every day, modafinil before big meetings. Early retirement. Test after 40 "to stay sharp".

B. Eating what you like, but not too much. 1-2 drinks a night. An occasional cigarette. 12 hour days once in a while, 0 hour days on occasion. Up til 12 most nights, no alarm clock. Pissing off three strangers to make one friend. No desk, but no hammer swinging either. Six figures some years, five others. Gym 2 times a week at least, sometimes three or four. One day on, one day off. Weed on the weekends, when you feel like it. Two or three careers, if you call them that. Retirement? From what? Doesnt read nutrition labels, doctor once a year.

All comes down to genetics.I don’t think anything is healthy.you just die when you die.do what pleasures you and accept that you can go today.

The first option is awesome, except for the chicken and broccoli 3 times a day part.

The second option is a mess.

We’d like to think along the lines of the 1st one........

Though as Rob points out above It’s just a Lottery & Genetics plays the Biggest Role.
