Serious question. Since Donald Trump become president there has not been one race riot that I could think of. No black people rioting over police shootings, No blacks rioting over lack of education. No black rioting because lack of jobs, playgrounds, Boys clubs, etc. etc.
When Obama was president we had basically a race riot a year. So...what is happening in the black community that they have settled down. Or are they just simmering to build up enough energy to start something around election time?
I usually sway away from political threads but I was sitting in my study pondering this for hours and really couldn't figure out what is going on with the Afro/Black Community.
Any REAL constructive input and thought provoking ideas are welcomed while sarcasm and racists dribble prohibited in this thread.

I think the more you accommodate any group, the more they complain.
Seems like that. When someone in charge clearly won't put up with it... it's a different story.

Unfortunately I have a very close family member I no longer speak with because she has gone all s"elf-hating white people need to die, blacks are 100% innocent all of the time" ... completely off the rails

Tried having civil discussions with her to no avail as she just gets angry, throws a tantrum and can't back up her claims with actual facts.
Their logic:
Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant

The fact that they create so much crime (much higher percentage, and my buddy THin Lizzy may have some stats handy), and with this low fatality number, the percentage just goes up for the cops using non-fatal intervention. Again, they (libtards) lose again. Most black people are decent and dont complain, once the MSM got behind the "racist cop" movement,things exploded.

Matt, I think you're on the right track along with someone else talking about funding. I never would have put those together but I think money being funneled into these groups and also elections. I think they're are motives for these riots.
1. To scare people into not trusting police
2. To sway votes toward liberal canaidates.
3. To get peoples minds off real issues.

The tide has changed. Trump doesn't provide them an audience, and in turn, most States provide them less of an audience, and so on. And when the political and media attention dries up, so does the funding. So there is less incentive to try and be a community
agitator leader, and there is less reason to act like a fool on Twitter. They tried to riot in Tennessee a few weeks ago, and it was done in a few hours.
Also the economy is good, regular people are getting tuckered out by the outrage culture that was built in the last decade, etc.... The only places it's still strong are places like NYC, LA, and a couple of others. About 3/4 of the nation just doesn't give a fuck anymore.
