Did bis and tris supersetted as I always do.Workout took 90 minutes after working 7-1 in 85 degree heat and direct sunlight building a deck.
Incline dB curls 40x20,50x15,60x10
Standing 2 arm dumbbell curl palms up back against a lally column 60x12,70x9,80x5
Concentration curl hanging over bench 70x10,80x6
7’ Olympic Barbell curl 135x45,179x17,201x7
Standing hammer curl 90x25,110x10,120x6
Push downs on a plate loaded lat machine 90x50,140x20,150x14
Reverse grip push downs same as above few reps lower
Weighted dips,holding dB between legs 45x40,60x30,70x20
DB skulls 45x20,55x15,70x6 little loose
Narrow grip bench 135x100,185x55,225x28
Pumped up arm 22.25”
Any of you getbig studs match my arm workouts?
Natural weighing 247 at 40.Feeling fucking monstrous these days,training is going amazing and I will say I have been taking two things for the last 3 months testo fuel(5 caps a day)and BCAAs(20 grams a day)Never taken either before but I feel strong as hell and definitely bigger and some nice veins appearing.An older guy I know has been taking testo fuel and said it works so I figured I’d try it.
Yes I know I’m a fat fuck.
What do you guys do for arms lately?

Those are some sick weights. Do you have an Instagram videos of you doing any of that? 200lbs barbell curls is a massive weight. Narrow grip tricep bench with 225lbs for 28 reps is incredible. I bet many linemen in the NFL couldn't do 28 reps with a narrow grip.

How long does this routine take you to finish?
1.5 hours if feeling good but sometimes 2 hours.i love arm workouts and could do them allday.

1 set of tricep overhead extension 6 reps
1 set of hammercurls 6 reps

I love tricep training heavy (skull crushers, JM press, french press, close grip bench, etc.) but only do 4 sets of dumbbell curls a week for biceps.
Curls for the girls...

I usually just get involved in stupid political posts etc... not many lifting posts so once In A while I make a post about a workout to share with the ones who lift here.I don’t need to show pics or vids as I don’t care who believes me or not,it is what it is and I’m a 40 year old man who works and trains hard as fuck.Just sharing to motivate,nothing more.Believe what you will.
