Wimmens stalks mans.  Goes to mans place and creates disturbance with other wimmens.

Two wimmens going crazy fighting, mans applies retraining hold to stalker (steps on neck).

Lets the wimmens up and she hits him, mans hits her back.

Mans gets arrested.
