Title: Larry Wheels - Deadlift with no hands
Post by: SF1900 on July 21, 2019, 09:20:35 AM
Many people on social media are stating that Larry Wheels is inspirational, as he continues to train, despite his bicep tear.

However, I see this as kind of "sad," as Larry cannot take off from training and must continue to train in order to make a living.

Is this sad or inspirational?

Not a role model in the slightest.

He's a drug addict.

Don' t be  silly. By that standard, neither was Marion Jones, Serena Williams (nobody in the world can convince me she wasn't heavy on the sauce) or Lance Armstrong.. fuck outta here with the  b.s.

Strength, Speed, Endurance and agility based sports are filled with athletes using performance enhancers. I say more power to them.

He's probably making a small fortune off that gym tour, banging great looking girls, and eating great food. We should all lead such a tortured existence.

Also if you look through his Instagram, he is actually been taking it easier since the biceps tear. The no hands deadlift may look extra stressful, but it's closer to a yoke lift, and #937 should be well within his limits even with the tear.

Fun fact I know a competitor who tore his bicep during a yoke lift. Apparently it's a common injury for that particular lift.

Marion Jones and Lance Armstrong are not role models.

They are cheaters and drug abusers.

Get your azz outa here with those twisted values.

If you are interested in men leading tortured existences, I urge you to watch the YouTube video with Randy Spears, where he outlined how he got his start in the pornographic motion picture industry:

Quote
"I was starving...so I jumped on my motorcycle..."

And this:

Quote
"I had to go to work, to do the porn, so that I could buy the drugs, to bury the pain of doing the porn. So I’d go to work, and do the porn, so I could buy the drugs, to bury the pain. And around and around it went."

Matt was he using meth?

If so will you share this info with Gib so he can have an example of a successful meth user. Thanks

;D

Maybe Gib [me dats' - oh brother] should change his name to SuccessfulMethUser, so that he and blackbillions both have user names that denote contradictions?

I suspect that Randy Spears was ingesting cocaine, not meth. Ditto for Peter North and TT Boy.

Disappointed in this thread. Thought I was going to see a man deadlifting that had no hands. Thread doesn't deliver.
