Title: UK Strongman Terry Hollands Update.

He went from 390-lb at 6'6", to how he looks in the second photo, over a four year time period.

Good for Terry - he had the same dimensions as Mike Jenkins, and I feared for his health.

Great post, Kwon. He said that himself in the Facebook post, but this phone [or Facebook] won't let me copy it for some reason.

I suppose be did what he had to do to be a world level strongman, but decided that there is more to life.

Hm...Mike Jenkins died in November 2013, at age 31. From Terry's post, it seems like he started his transformation around 18 months or so later.

Could the two be related? Imagine that the one other top strongman who shares your exact dimensions dies...you might be scared into making a change.

I wonder if the death of Mike Jenkins factored in to Terry's thought process.

I feel one keeps 95% of strength if fat is low protein is high, carbs dont matter

Met him a few times back when he was at his biggest. Huge guy and very friendly too.

I assume he's on no more drugs than before - he was a 6'6" / 390-lb world level strongman after all.
