While wearing knee wraps do you leave them on for the entire leg workout or take them off between sets then rewrap for every new set?

No, I unwrap between sets. I just got some new Rebel knee wraps and they’re very stiff.

No problems at all with my hips and can still squat deep. I'll regular squat once or twice a month and the rest are machine squats but I'll never take the squat out of my routine.

Rep range is around 15-8 going no lower than 8 on a squat, the rest of the exercises range from 12-20 with a total of about 31 sets including hamstrings

His legs don't have that older man that got lean look.
Nope! They look like impressive legs of a guy in his prime.

I'm over 60 now and he motivated me to work my legs harder and stay on a decent diet.

Go Coach joe!

At this age your legs won’t grow any bigger at all. Not without extra help. Legs seem to go first as we age

Every woman cares about height

Not true. I've dated plenty of women 3-4" taller with the tallest being one of the American Gladiators in the 80's and she was 5'11- 6'0 and we dated for about a year. Wasn't a problem for either of us. The last thing I do is get bent when someone comments on my height...It's irrelevant.

It's even better now that I'm in shape. Something about younger women being attracted to older men than are built despite height

Every woman cares about height

Hmmm not so sure they all do.
Not exactly being on the tall side my ex wife is 3inch taller than me
And my Girlfriend is just a little taller than her.

I’ve dated Both tall & short women.

No doubt there are women who won’t be seen dead with a shorter man than themselves
Unless he’s got a lot of Money - Then they won’t care how Tall / old / fat / ugly / arsehole He is.

My mom was 3" taller than my stepdad. Wearing heels, she was 6" taller. My bio father was 9" taller than my mom. She went from tall to short. The relationship with short guy lasted over 30 years while the one with my father lasted only 4 years.

Guys, i didn’t say they would never be with someone on the shorter side but this is not encrypted in female’s brain. If she has 2 guys to choose from with the same characteristics except for height, she will go for the taller dude. It’s nature. Women are more emotional than men and usually keep some things to themselves rather than tell the cold truth and risk offending guys or worse agrevating them.
Nothing personal here.
Simple question, do you think a short guy wishes he was taller? There’s your answer. As i said, nothing personal, men should be ready to accept facts like this and move on. There are far worse things to worry about in life.
Like i said, nothing personal, I don’t insult people if they are short or too tall, not gifted in the looks department etc. I only insult them if their bad shape is a result of their own bad habits  like drinking, drugs, overeating etc.

I was just addressing booty’s statement

Legs on older bodybuilders are often the weak part of the physique.

I'm thinking this is because the knees and hips go bad and the legs can't be trained hard.

Legs, glutes and triceps seem to go first. Would love to know the science behind this.

I'm way older. Legs are a problem area for me. I don't have hip or knee issues and can do high repetition squats 25-50 body-weight. Adding resistance in any appreciable amount changes the game. I think it is a lack of strength issue. Guess I'm stuck with skinny wheels.  :)

Have you tried squating in a smith machine & gradually adding weight
Keeping reps around 5-12 not going heavy as such but doing power reps
Slow on way down & Blast Up.
Also leg presses in a similar manner.
No doubt you’ve tried everything.

I disagree with Coach about pretty much everything but he's got an epic physique, a couple thriving businesses, a hot wife, and lives the fitness/bodybuilding lifestyle.  Not to mention he doesn't hide behind an anonymous screenname.  Gotta respect that.

I fear for his health a bit (blood pressure was quite high last time he talked about it IIRC) but I wish him all the best  8)

I appreciate it. BP has been very much under control since last year and is usually around 140/62 even with my weight creeping back up after the show.

When it comes to training I’m still pretty much old school with moderate to higher volume. Off season I keep it to one body part a week for 4-6 weeks then switch to either 3 on 1 off or 4 on 1 off for 4-6 weeks then back to one BP a week.

"Butt buddy"? How quickly the gay imagery appears. That explains things.

The Coach talks shit that's true. You just sit there hiding behind a computer talking shit. Coach looks better than you ever have and does better in life than you ever will. Jealousy just reeks from your posts. Just accept that Coach will never be your lover but keep whacking off to his pics.

And my "pair" is slapping down anonymous punks like you.
