You're partially correct, but you can't fully absolve the parents of the blame. They coddle and raise these psychotic timebombs, full well knowing how deranged, unaccountable, irresponsible and displaced from reality their kids are. The parents of every one of these "mass shooters" knew that their kid was a complete psycho, but refused to do anything about it. Same as the weirdo who shot Gabby Gifford, there were dozens of teachers, educators, counselors, etc. that knew that guy was a complete "Matt Canning" type of nutbag, yet no one did a thing about it. I cannot comprehend that a parent could have that level of denial, or is so lazy and detached from raising their kids that others have to pay for it with their lives.

At the end of the day, leftists just don’t like white people. Just read AOCs and Omar’s Twitter. With Obama winning in 2008, they thought the day of the white man was over and would continue with Hillary and other minorities. Trump disrupted all that and they have been freaking out ever since.
On a per capita basis, whites are much more peaceful than blacks and Hispanics and it’s not even close.
