I have come to the conclusion that women are not obsessed with money because they are evil. Rather, I think it is biological / genetic. A big strong man does not guarantee success for the woman's children. Money does.

Well said! I've been on both sides of this when I was broke struggling in university then through to MBA so it was a long stretch. I could get hot girls but they wouldn't stay. Once big money came into play everything changed. And it has nothing to do with staying jacked and shredded, being tall etc..I could fully let myself go and I would probably attract more girls based on their insecurities and my biggest hobby of building my body.

Actually he doesn't. If you watch the interview he says once you've achieved financial success and acclaim that women will be chasing you which he thinks is a better outcome than men chasing women. He absolutely admits the women are with him because of his fortune. And he is fine with that. He is also upfront with them that the relationship will not be exclusive which leads to less hard feelings when they break up because he never promised them to be exclusive to begin with.
The dude does seem burned out to me though. I saw him training with the Mountain and he displayed a lack of energy.
