On IronAge site, mr.safety fat was mumbling something how he could defeat Frank Zane in 70's ( o, dear Lord ::))

Back in the day the smart pros only competed in one contest a year. Zane use to go way down in weight after a contest and soft. Same with Arnold. So many guys try to be big year round going from a high dose to a medium/low dose year round look like old men at 50.
