This video shows you how important proper nutrition is.
Larry's diet must be off. Because hes been training.
And we know to build lean muscle all matters is diet and training.

Yes they did. But holy shit at the size of Curry. Curry looks pretty grainy to me. I think it will be him, Roelly or Dexter. Most likely Curry or Roelly.

Curry will be our new King

Full reps, half-reps, partial reps, light weights, heavy weights, HIT, volume, chicken, rice, beef, ice cream, vegetables, no vegetables, Coca-Cola, Charles Glass, male, female, trans, homo, Fredo, hat, no hat, etc. It doesn't matter.
Testosterone levels determine your muscles.

Holy shit, Wheels off the sauce? He looks to have lost 40 lbs. :o

Probably just taking a break from gear food

I like Curry and hope he wins if Dex doesn't but two things...
1 - he looks like Charles Glass younger brother on roids. Which isn't saying much as Glass looks like a homeless tramp.
2 - WTF is that round thing on his left brachii? It's like the worlds biggest mosquito got a whack at him there.

Nothing to do with drugs , he’s not eating much or training as hard these days

Correct.
Bodybuilding is about training and diet, not drugs.

I thought it was agreed that they were merely the finishing touch?

It's settled science. Drugs are just the finishing touch.

He never built a base, gear from day 1.

It's hard to be in awe of bodybuilders or weightlifters anymore (post 1960 or so) because of the use of drugs. Same with a lot of other sports too. I am a competitive cyclist and after the 1990's stop caring about how fast the pros could go because of the wide spread use of PEDs.
A guy did all of the popular PEDs (steroids, HGH, EPO) and wrote about it how it made a difference for Outside magazine in 2003.

Who Larry or Brandon?

Drug use and its EXCESSIVE use has completely destroyed the strength world’s validity.
Guys competing raw in the 198-pound class, totalling well over 2,000 pounds ... and claiming drug-free.
It’s all become completely ludicrous.
Without gear, Larry is hundreds and hundreds of pounds down on his lifts.
When some claim a 20-30 percent improvement, they’re only referencing the average gains experienced by users during the first, say, several weeks. The compounding gains in the initial years after those first couple of months are dramatically greater.
And for great responders, the strength improvements are nothing short of freakish.
