Title: Starting Strength

I personally watched the dude turn into a fucking monster. Today he walked into his first meet and crushed it in the 181lb class. The guy's confidence level is through the roof. He told me last year at this time he couldn't even get laid. Now he's in 2 serious relationships and seeing a married woman on the side. Good to see someone making gainz.

In his 23rd Strongman contest, Mathjew Canning finished 18th out of 18 competitors in the 145 lb class.
