I'm not sure what the whole story is but it's been reported that they messed the guy's order up a couple times and he ended up with either no french fries or cold french fries.

The dindees working there were probably Black Israelites trying to make fun of whites by messing up their orders.

I've seen this same post aimed towards Australian Aborigines as well on Youtube. It was posted in the comment section of the video Beds Are Burning by Midnight Oil a few years ago.

An apology sounds much better and is better received when standing up, since if he was on his fours, he would be too close to the ground and the sound would have to travel further to reach your ears and would diminish in quality/volume, unless you were lying on your back next to him.
