Trump says he fired him, Bolton says he quit. What does this mean for our future foreign policy/conflicts? Will we get a softer stance from the president now on Iran and Afghanistan?

The more you learn about Bolton, the more you will not like what you see.

I really cant understand how he was hired in the first place.

I don't believe it was policy differences as the fake news, lame stream media has been reporting.  I've got it on good information that it was his mustache.

I think Trump just used him for good cop bad cop.  He liked having a war hungry guy like Bolton next to him to play the bad cop.

Most likely the choice of Sheldon Adelson.

Trump apparently wanted to ease the sanctions on Iran in order to help arrange a meeting with the Iranian leaders.
