Just microdose some edibles.

Love them I take a bit before training even and the pumps are awesome.

Going through trials on yourself to figure out “microdoses” can be weird though.

I noticed it worked much more for recovery than for joint pains, but it definitely helps with both (initially I tried best CBD oil for pain relief (https://isum.com/cbd-oil-pain-relief/) ).

Between 2017 and 2018, the only thing I changed with my workout/ nutrition regiment was cbd, and the results were fairly noticeable.

CBD oil is the biggest scam in the fitness industry!!! DOES ZERO FOR RECOVERY!!!!! 99% of you phaggots don't train hard enough to require extra helps with recovery anyway!!! Just Lift, eat, sleep and smoke a doobie if you want help to relax!!!
