I noticed it worked much more for recovery than for joint pains, but it definitely helps with both (initially I tried best CBD oil for pain relief (https://isum.com/cbd-oil-pain-relief/) ).
Between 2017 and 2018, the only thing I changed with my workout/ nutrition regiment was cbd, and the results were fairly noticeable.
