He should do full body body building every day with high reps to failure , a good hour lifting every set 10to 20 reps 2 to 5 minites rest between sets
Then he must punch and move for 1 hour straight and have a punch counter , tally it up , then on next day try to best on punch output for time.

How is body building to failure going to increase his punching power? That's the opposite of what you should do to increase power.

boxing isnt just punching. Theres alot of static movements, stiff arming , pushing ect that goes into building the best fighter
