It's definitely a new twist, a new paradigm.

Relatively low cost drones defeat extremely expensive air defenses (Patriot missile defense system).

Using cheap weapons to defeat expensive weapons has happened before.

Saudi Arabia must be in shock as they believed they were untouchable.
