I assume they are aware all their kids will be born like this and still went ahead? If so yes those poor kids there is a lot I hate about this world but above all I despise that not all kids get a fair crack at life and have to suffer illness, abuse, birth defects ect when every kid should be entitled to a decent childhood

If the fella to the right (who looks somewhat normal) chose to have sex with that woman and couldn't tell how their kids would end up, he deserves it. The ones that don't deserve this are the poor kids.

Are they regarded or just not “aesthetically pleasing”? Either way, they’re human beings and innocent ones at that, so quit posting the bullshit. If the parents are taking proper care of them, what difference does it make?

The kids just take after the mom. I don't get what is wrong with that? If they are sickly or something like that then yes that is selfish but from what I can tell they just look like their mom.

They do take after their mom to some degree, but there is also most likely a genetic disorder involved. May be mom has a milder form of it, because she looks almost normal. They could all have hyperthyroidism (Graves disease) which might explain the bulging eyes.

It is more likely that they have Saethre-Chotzen Syndrome, which is genetic condition. The condition is inherited in an autosomal dominant pattern. In some cases, an affected person inherits the mutation from one affected parent.

Another genetic possibility is acrocephalosyndactyly which results in facial features similar to those of people with Saethre-Chotzen Syndrome. Yet another possibility is Pfeiffer syndrome. There are additional syndromes or disorders that manifest with similar results. Pfeiffer syndrome affects about 1 in 100,000 births. People with this disorder have a normal lifespan depending on whether it is type I, II or III. About 50 percent of children with Pfeiffer syndrome have hearing loss; dental problems are also common.

There are five kids in this photo. Unless these parents were in a situation where there was insufficient medical advice, they should have known there was a huge likelihood of the condition appearing in each of their kids. I cannot speak for them, but had my wife and I been faced with something like this, we would have elected to have no children.

There was a family in the Catholic parish we went to who had several children that all had some level of mental retardation. It was a mystery as to why they continued having more children except for the fact that birth control, other than NFP (natural family planning) and certainly abortion are sins according to Catholic doctrine.

In 1996, a son was born to American musician Prince and his wife Mayte Garcia. The highly anticipated child, Amiir ("prince" in Arabic), was diagnosed at birth with Pfeiffer syndrome type 2 and died several days later.

Is that disorder purely cosmetic or does it affect their health in any way (beside their mental health) physically?

It makes a huge difference.  Why would someone with horrible genetics have kids?

Not retarded I think . Not 100% sure ,but I believe it's the same syndrome as in the video:

As a fairly ugly person (not that far), I'll speak on this.

Is it cruel? No, not if you're able bodied and mentally sound.

Is it easy for the kid? Of course not, but there's a lot to do on earth.  Not all of it surrounds exploiting your physical appearance to shoot jizz into similarly nicely looking specimens.

You had no choice in being born but if you have awful genetics you shouldn't reproduce.

Rocket should definitely reproduce, it's not like he is a 3 or 2.

He is probably a 4 or 5. Maybe even a 6, but  thinks himself lower than what he really is.

Depends on what you mean by awful genetics.  I'm quite intelligent, as it turns out, quite able to become naturally strong (but not a big guy).  Rarely sick etc.

I'm not so ugly that I shouldn't reproduce.  It's more that I am familiar with the type of quality of life in the standard area that people tend to think about when they think about what an ugly kid goes through.

I have heard that from people, yes.  I just don't agree.  I just judge myself on face, that's it.  It's a rubbish looking face.  Body is okay.  Personality is fairly quirky.  But at the end of the day, for me, I wouldn't want to be someone who had a terrible face but ok body and interesting personality, so I judge myself that way as I wouldn't want to be with someone who thought that about me, either.
