I go to two gyms that are roughly a 2-3 minute drive from each other.
Each gym has its own equipment that I like.
For example, do you think it’s worth it to superset chest workouts between gyms? In other words, work out chest for 30 minutes in one gym, then drive to the other gym and work out chest for 30 minutes, and repeat, etc. Has anyone tried this?
I like different equipment in each gym and would like to use both during the same work out.

I've done that but more like 6 hours apart. Chest at 10.am in one gym, then about 4pm, chest at a hotel gym. I tell ya I was pumped like a good un, all the posh totty at the hotel were loving my muscular manly pectoral s

Picture SF doing a real superset.
Gym 1 - Hammer machine incline press
Jumps in car for 3 min. ride
Gym 2 - Cybex chest press (Tells attendant "be right back brah"). 8)
Jumps back in car for 3 min. ride
(End of set one - repeat 3 more times) :D
But yes, wife and I both belong to two gyms each. She and my girls go to P.F. twice a week.
I go to Crunch (near my work twice a week (great little gym for the $$).
And then we both go to WoW Gym 2 times a week. (3 gyms, 4 memberships, at 10.00 a month each, its still cheaper than the local gym we were going to for 2 memberships (one each).

Not a good idea IMO...........once you hit a bodypart, you should be done with it and be on the road to rest and recovery.

Could get in your cardio if you ran from one gym to the other.

If you feel like it then go for it.few minutes to rest no big deal.
