Title: Vegan Bodybuilding (Training and Food)
Post by: AsianExpat on October 07, 2019, 01:49:25 PM
Hey, everyone.

I went vegan about 7 weeks ago after surgery. Still not medically cleared to train again but I've been getting accustomed to a diet that will be healthy and also help me to get in good shape.

I'm not much of a cook. Most of my food is super simple, like this dish - kidney beans, rice, corn, on a tortilla.

Would be really interested to talk to other people training and eating vegan. The simpler the dish, the better for me.

Vegan diet is good for the body, good for digestive system, cardiovascular system, maintaining weight and more. So it’s really good for health and fitness.

A vegan diet can offer so many health benefits, especially when it comes to digestion and heart health. Plus, it’s great to see more people exploring plant-based options. I think it’s all about finding what works for you and making it enjoyable. Do you have any favorite vegan meals or recipes that are simple to prepare?
