These people should be immediately arrested for harassing people and preventing businesses from operating. 

If the police don't want to arrest them, then it should be made legal for regular citizens to beat the the ever-livin' fuck out of them.  The problem would be solved in one day.

Depends on the state. In California the cops would get in trouble for interfering with a protest the liberal politicians support. In most other states the cops would hand cuff all those blocking the entrance.

You can’t block, grab and hold someone physically.  Obviously they knew they didn’t have the physical prowess to match the getbigger so they gave up and just went back to abusing him verbally.  As if creating a ruckus in front of a burger joint is going to do anything at all.
