....We don't see any of the steroid using gym rats from our environments, getting heart attacks or losing kidneys?
At least I don't,and I've been a gym-goer for 20 years. Some of the roiders I knew are now even in their sixties.

It seems like a big deal to us here because we are seeing the tippy top of elite drug using pros from all over the World, so it seems like a lot are dying. In real life, most steroid users are absolutely fine. You might see a few heart attacks in older guys that stay big, or an infection from a bad shot, but compared to many drugs or other reckless behaviors, steroid use is benign.
Stay off the rec drugs, and learn to stop playing the size game, and you'll probably live to a ripe old age.

Everybody who ever used steroids is going to die.

The majority of joes do not hit the news, because they are irrelevant bodybuilding wise. The "industry" itself does not want to be associated to those deaths.
I know some cases, hearth attack, 19yo, 23yo , 4 in their late thirties and 51yo. three of them are dead. And i do not know that many people. And this was in a sub 200000 habitants city; multiply that worldwide.

Anyone who ever just thought about using steroids is going to die.

Gym rats don’t diet down nearly as often as those who step on stage
Might be due to less dehydration and diuretics than those competing

So there is this dude at my gym who is a scientist who happens to study circadian rhythm at one of the local colleges and also is a long term roid user makes the claim that keeping water retention, cholesterol and a daily dose of low dose metoprolol is all you need to curb any negative effectS of ped’s on heart and kidneys.

Well I talked to a guy who works as a doctor in endocrinology at the gym. He told me he sees alot of the bigger guys at the gym all the time for the problems they are facing from years of steroid use.
I think problem is you don't see the ones that dissapears due to health issues. Also why would they air their problems. Alot of guys who gets heart problems or whatever gets a scare and just stops the roids and gym altogether.
