Yesterday at work,   the superintendent of a project at the University of St Thomas told me that I have to take all the signs down because  some people on campus found it  discriminatory and offensive, at first I thought he was joking , but then he showed me the Email  ,I couldn't fucking  believe it , these signs are required by OSHA , BTW there is not a single woman in this project .

What’s stopping women from applying for the job?

Women have no business on the buildings other than fetching tea and bacon sandwiches or working in the squads that deep clean houses after renovation work so the sign is valid. Fuck anyone who is offended

I would understand if the  woman complaining , was working on the  site , but how can you get offended about something that have nothing to do with you.

Dude, there are people that look for things that might offend other people so they can complain about them. People are bitches. Until society starts telling those soft ass pussies to fuck off, you'll take down the Goddamn sign!!! >:(

Did you call your OSHA rep and ask what sign you should replace it with? :D

The Cal-OSHA guy I had to deal with could hardly speak English. I had to pretend to not be able to hear him on phone calls and have him email me. How does someone like that get a job in that field?

Female architects are likely the reason modern buildings look fucking twatfull, plus she likely just draws a pretty picture of what she would like a building to look like and a male colleague had to do all the structural design and calculations

They (fem's, libs, SJW's and pussies) want to change a lot of names like "man-hole covers", etc...
Stupidity at its finest.

I thought you meant have I ever worked with a female architect, yes I have many times but women (and many men to be honest) typically come at you with what they want with zero idea of what is actually involved in the work they just see the end result, if I sense they are an idiot I’ll refuse to quote (male or female) big difference in providing what a woman customer wants to “being told what to build” by a woman working in the building trade.

You’d be smart and within your right to do so. Those signs are a OSHA standard and any violation would be considered a “serious” for that infraction. God forbid you have had a PPE violation in the past and get a “repeat serious” for taking them down. Tell those SJW’s to call their rep and lobby them to get the 1926 handbook changed. Until then, they can fuck off.

Are you working in USVI?

Liberalism is a disease and what's sad is that millennial kids under 40 grew up with this disease and don't recognize it as such.

Architects are art majors. Male ones can't pound a nail either. But if you want to give 30k to someone in cork sandals to call a closet an "alcove" or a bedroom patio an "alfresco retreat" then I will gladly give your monied, senseless ass a quote to construct it.

Ridiculous but just accept it, this type of rubbish being driven from both government and corporate, have fun with it. The other day I walked in the gym the leg press had been left loaded with 6 plates aside, lady looks at me to help her, I said the plates aren't mine good luck with it, she barks up about being a lady, I just tell her would you unload it for me, best thing about equality is now I don't have to unload that for you. It felt good.

Another time there was a line up at the mens toilets at a shopping centre, so I used the female toilets, security was called I just told him I identified as a woman and if he had a problem with that I would have him for discrimination. All said with a smile.

Worlds gone mad, don't go mad watching.

Haha no mate I’ve been with the missus for what feels like forever and have two kids so wouldn’t risk fucking their lives up for a bit new pussy, that said it’s not as if the opportunities have been plentiful maybe 3 chances in 15 years and 2 of those were actually neighbours of customers. A lot or overly friendly who touch or hold your arm or shoulder when talking but always take that with a pinch of salt as just being friendly.

Haha I’d honestly say if I did mate, i think it’s the indoor trades who are around the customer a lot more that have more chance of having encounters of that nature, i hate being indoors and usually undertake outdoor. Every builder you meet has at least one story of sexual encounters with customers and I’d believe a few are genuine but don’t think it happens as often as it’s made out

You are part of the problem.

Huh?

These laws are literally rife with flaws, and anyone can fuck with them.  So we should do this SOONER than later, to change the fucking laws so they don't allow so much abuse in the first place.

What do you expect to happen?  People to only "identify as female" using the honour system?  Make it an objective medical transition in order to be recognized, or fuck off.

I'm thrilled honest did what he did.  Sharing that to Facebook.

To be honest many of the so called men these days are actually helping this stupid equality movement on, as I went to fill up with diesel at the garage a woman kindly asked me to remove the dust cap off her wheel as she attempted to blow her tyre up and it was too tight, I removed it for her and then she went on to tell me it was her sons car and he was incapable of doing it himself, who in the fuck is so bastard useless and incapable that they have to get their mother to do a simple task like that on their car for fucks sake
