It's the American picture and I'd venture to say it's the North American picture. Also, with there being 2 billion muslims in the world, I'd say terrorist acts against non muslims is rather low if not extremely low. Like african american crime here in the states is predominantly black on black, muslim terrorism/crime is mostly perpetuated against other muslims.
