Had to stop listening where he started comparing mainstream sports where millions of people watch and pack arenas weekly, TV sponsors, etc in other words, they bring in revenue and enough to justify most salaries.

For those that don't watch, his major points in bold -
1 Prize money stinks -
Boo-fucking-hoo. There's no money in lots of sports and hobbies, yet people do them. Bodybuilding is niche sport inhabited by teenage boys and schmoes. If you wanted to make money, you should've picked something else.
2 Lighting and staging sucks at shows, IFBB sucks at social media -
No argument.
3 Bodybuilding needs to be in broadcasted in 4k -
Quit your whining, your schmoe forefathers had to jerk off in their seats or make do with fuzzy VHS tapes.
4 Poor Judging and inter-organization infighting -
Cutting edge commentary there. Everyone's said this for years.
5 Too many weight classes and too many guys turning pro early -
Fair enough point.
6 Pros don't compete enough -
People would whine about their conditioning if they were doing tons of shows. Or they'd cry about guys dying from too much drug use to keep in shape for multiple shows. If most guys do 1 or 2 shows a year that's fine.
