the guy has muscle memory - those are not "new muscles"
he got fat/soft and took a terrible picture
then did several weeks of flawless dieting, some supplements and cardio
took a great edited pic at the beach

kudos for him for getting in shape again but let's not be fooled.

muscle memory is everything

his chest is not terrible and he is pushing out his hairy stomach on purpose

Yep- chest and traps are the same in both pics. Guy simply dieted. Shaving off the beard always makes the face look narrower. It’s 2019- nobody is fooled anymore lol

Good spot - my faves are the 'subtle' dark lines bringing out the sternocleidomastoid and clavicles that just don't occur in nature. I think I might have to borrow some of my Wife's eye shadow to try that sh1t myself ;D
