Excellent back day! Only added thing I do is my deadlifts on back day. (Many don't).
Hypers or Reverse Hypers (depends on the gym)
Deadlift
T-Bar rows
Chins or pulldowns (depends on shoulder pain that day)
D-bell or low pulley rows
Ill do more traps/upper back later in the week...
