Title: 2019 NPC Masters USA - Contest and Candid Pics

Pictures from this past Saturday's 2019 Masters USA, held in Los Angeles, California.  This was the first year of this new event, and it did quite well.
 Glad to be able to check it out!

That’s my good friend and teammate Ed Urbano. He’s been training less than 10 years and he’s 76. Loves bodybuilding and loves to compete.

While I don't think older folks should compete (it is kinda ridiculous, almost like "everyone gets a trophy" time  ;) ;D), he looks very good for his age.  In all honesty, he looks a lot better than I do!  Please congratulate him for me because he is a fine inspiration to us all.

I get it but it makes him happy. I saw Arthur Peacock competing at his pro-debut at the Legions contest a couple of months ago and at 86 he looked phenomenal. These guys know they don’t stand a chance but at these ages doing what they want? Good for them.

For 76 years of age, impressive.  This is the Master's 35+ and 40+.  Only two divisions this year.  Next year, there will be 2 more, as this was the first year for this contest.
