Getbig motto #19:
Smaller than me is a bottom bitch twink, bigger than me he'll be dead by ___. I AM the sweet spot.

 ;D ;D ;D

I'm 165-lb now.  That's down a full 48-lb from my fattest, and I definitely don't think my fattest weight was anything close to ideal from a health perspective.  I was definitely stronger...but I feel better now.

I think I can drop another 10-lb, only to hit my lightest weight since 2005...then cleanly make my way back up to 175-lb, which I think should be rather ideal in terms of strength/health, and general just feeling well.

For me.

Some people are just way better at being heavy, from a genetic perspective.  They can take it - their blood vessels, the various systems of their bodies...can handle it.

Another Getbigger posted a photo of George Wendt as a person who he was surprised is still alive.  I agree completely...yet he just turned 71, and is likely over 300-lb at 5'8"!  I am confident that if I even attempted to bulk up to that weight, I would get health problems, or have a heart attack.  Yet George Wendt can take it.

When I get heavy I feel uncomfortable.

Some of these really heavy guys like the WSM wear breathing apparatus at night because of sleep apnea.

It causes a variety of problems to carry a lot of weight.  You break toilet seats, etc.

Why would you want to weigh that much if you don't feel well?
