Mr. Vince Basile, when you were creating the Bicep Supination Machine, did it require a lot of numbers and designs like the machines below?

Vince, do you have an engineering degree or background?

Vince, do you have an engineering degree or background?
I have degrees in Philosophy, Geography and Psychology. No Engineering background. I was self taught.
Started building my own machines in my gym in 1975. Quit teaching high school and opened an engineering
factory to build gym equipment in 1981. Partner left after a couple of months so I was on my own. Read some of the
manuals and learned how to use lathes, radial drills, milling machines, bandsaws and Mig and Tig welders.
Nowadays I can conceive of an apparatus and it will work first time. Often it takes a few prototypes to get
right. I had at least 3 Australian gym companies copy some of my designs. There you are. I built my biceps-supinator
by myself from start to finish. It has been modified at least 5 times since 2001. Patents aren't worth anything unless
you can sell the design. Most patents are quite silly things. Only a small percentage ever make any money.

Vince, these mother@#$%@#s at Bowflex are supinating with a simple machine. Go school them! -

There are many solutions re apparatus.

Patents are only as good as your ability to defend them in court. Unless you have MAJOR CASH, don’t even waist your time. China will change the bolt types and they will produce it. What could anyone do?

Very expensive and complex set of dumbbells right there ^^.

You should have been self taught in pullups and dumbbell curls. They work better.

If I move to Australia, will you be my mechanical mentor?
I can move in with you and you can teach the fundamentals of mechanics.

Vince i would like to decorate my home gym in the style of the gym in the old photos of Arnold training with the engineering drawing of the train on the wall, but instead of the train I’d like to use engineering drawing of the legendary biceps supinator. Please post up these drawings so I and other Getbiggers can use it to decorate our gyms and homes. Thank you in advance

I give Basile a ton of props for his innate engineering skills. The guy that made power blocks made a ton of money with his vision. The crazy wealth of Arthur Jones shows what is capable in the exercise field. I think the actor John Travolta is the new owner of Jone's property. I could be wrong. Look at that exercise bike that requires a subscription to your spin coach class is making insane money world wide. Yet in the end is there anything better than barbells, dumbbells and a pair of running shoes?

He could carve out a little guest space for you in his warehouse.

The original engineer drawings of the Bicep Supination Machine is located in the The Natural History Museum in London. It’s behind 4 feet of bullet proof glass and guarded by 6 armed guards.
I can possibly get you copies of the original.

In the future, Vince's Supinator will come to life like a Terminator, with AI added to it, and strong-arm any human that gets in its way.
Maybe Vin-Dogs head in a glass container and still alive (like on Futurama) running it into battle.
Terminator 9, Mr. Canada's Revenge!
Feeding GetBig's server data into it's data-banks to seek revenge on those who oppose him on GetBig!
Glad Im on his good side!

Mister Dimwit, lets play that this bicep supination machine is only meaningful thing he has ever done, while it's not, and it is still much more than you have ever accomplish anything else than wanking. We all know that you can masturbate so much that your furnitures floats in sperm, but who cares? Why don't you tell us what, from your point of view, is the most important, the most significant accomplishment of yours? You finally learn how to to tie your shoelaces, at age of 13?

I’d be just has happy with a copy my friend, I’m already eagerly anticipating the tremendous motivation these plans will provide as the last rep of a set of deadlifts grinds to a halt at knee level I can glance up at the plans and picture in my head a bead of sweat rolls down vince’s mighty furrowed brow and collects on the sweat band of his auto darkening welding mask as he makes adjustment number 3758 to the 157th moving part on the supinatior increasing supination resistance by 0.013%, envisioning this great mans tremendous work ethic in perfecting his life’s work will provide the motivation to blast through the sticking point.

Larry Scott didn't believe in supinating the biceps.
He actually advised not supinating.

Not true. Larry gave a seminar at our gym in 1979. He demonstrated curls after supination. Especially on the preacher bench.

You are clearly motivated.
I will be getting you some copies and will ship them with 2 armed guards.

Vince made an awesome machine that replicates what a dumbbell does. The machine he made is superb. No question. But there was no problem to solve.
Let's be honest. Just about all exercise machines re-invent the wheel.

http://www.rippeder.com/content/how-i-built-my-20-inch-arms-larry-scott
"Incline Dumbbell Curl: the dumbbells are to be raised only up to the point where gravity takes the strain off the biceps and the dumbbells want to fall back to the shoulders. Slowly lower the weights until the arms are fully extended again, and be extra sure to keep the palms up all the time and keep the wrist so the inside of the palm is level with the outside. Don’t let the dumbbell pressure turn the wrists in.
This tip will enable you to keep the strain on the belly of the muscle, and will make the difference between good gains and none at all. There is generally one key point in any exercise that will make the difference between it being a good one and a bad one. In this case it is the palm position, so keep this in mind every time you do your curls."

Exactly! It's like reinventing the wheel with more expensive materials.
-

I heard a flat-earther say that very thing to defend his “proof” about the earth’s flatness. Supinate away, man.

Decades passed & still NO buyers for biceps shittinator , :'( :'( :'(
