I seriously would not worry about it. Body is amazing at adjusting itself to various conditions of existence.

If anything, we consume too much protein.  I've never seen a protein deficiency in an American. I certainly see MICROnutrient deficiencies all day. And they manifest themselves through disorders would never know.

Why do overweight individuals worry about micronutrients when they should be worried about all of the negative health effects of being obese  ???
