Title: Interesting document re plant based diets

Basically saying that plants are not designed for human consumption, a plant has a lot of defences to prevent it being eaten, a plants goal is to proliferate the species.. its not a food for humans..

Almost every single animal is edible, you certainly cant say that for plants, a large portion are poisonous

Both Carnivore and Vegan sides make compelling arguments.  Been read a lot about carnivore.

I will say, on the whole, the carnivore crowd, on the outside, appear to be in better shape.

Yes, vegans like to point out the odd exception with stellar genetics as an advert for the superiority of vegan nutrition but the fact is before it became popular vegans were easily spotted sitting on public transport with long stringy greasy hair, pasty and gaunt faced with nhs glasses thicker than space shuttle windows, their frail 55kg frame hidden beneath a stinking of piss green army surplus coat.

The only way you'll know is if you test it for a longer time. I ate vegetarian for 3 years, then used to eat "normal".

Now I eat raw eggs and cheese mostly - so far it has been better. I'm still sceptical but it seems that people like Vonderplanitz were on to something and let's not forget...  I still have to down raw milk and raw meat to really gauge this.
As a last experiment - rotten meat to test its healing properties.

Definitely.
Some of the animals are dumber and seem more appropriate to butcher. All animals, or most, are cute if you're around them so it's purely "cultural" who gets off'd.

Yep, there called oxalate and it's a real thing. If people ate primarily meat it would benefit their health immensely.

If people want to eat plants, good for them (for the right reasons) the ones who do it for their cult reason (to be part of a club/cult and push it on people) are brain-dead.

Lots of plants benefit from animals eating its fruits and "depositing" the seeds plus manure elsewhere to germinate.

What is the healthiest possible diet?
Perhaps the world's healthiest diet, the Mediterranean diet is abundant in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and olive oil. It features fish and poultry-lean sources of protein-over red meat. Red wine is consumed regularly but in moderate amounts.

Neither are right, we evolved eating both... No special diet or argument needed needed either way, were omnivores.
