He's been on the GH for years and it's totally deformed him. Just look at the size of his head and body. It has become ape-like. Yucchh, looks terrible.

I use to work with a guy who had AIDS and he was on 18ius a day for years. No bubble gut, not enlarge head. Joe's head is not enlarged. Nobody says that except those that know he's on gh. Then all of a sudden they notice how large his head, hands, feet more. As far as the gut, compare him to other men over fifty years old.

He is annoying to say the least and his desperate fanboys are pathetic (all seemingly teenage boys) (ex: wow I love when Dr Greg yells at me and tells me that I'm a moron)
Looks good, but annoyingly delivers common-sense advice. More value in him as entertainment than actual advice. MPMD is actual useful, scientifically validated advice on the other hand.

Rogan looks to be dealing with digestion problems and is training his mid section(core) with heavy kettle bells. Probably also doing deadlifts from the ground. Deadlifts from the ground when you're over 50 is a stomach nightmare. He's doing all the wrong things to keep his stomach small. He also trains like a fighter 3 days a week which involves a lot of core shit. Once his ab wall splits he'll really be fucked and he'll just keep his shirt on.

What about trap bar DL’s & squats all in the 12-15 rep range?

Rogan trains daily sometimes multiple times daily, does hot yoga, runs hills, jujitsu, weight lifting, kettlebells, sauna therapy, cryotherapy, stems cells all over, trt, hgh, eats wild game, and still looks like shit. He needs to take some advices from guys like Mario Lopez or his buddy Bryan Callen.
