Yeah he had asked me if he can share... I said sure!

Truly attribute much of my dieting success to reading and following a lot of what Layne had been preaching.  You've all seen me get lean for shows in the past, but this was the first time I got lean got myself so it had to be sustainable. That what I learned from Layne's material.

Love him or hate him, Layne is a good source of information. Congrats on the transformation
