Title: 2020 L.A. Fit Expo - Jan 25-26th

Headed to the Los Angeles Fit Expo this upcoming weekend - Jan 25-26th.  Last year, 53,000 people came by, and it was actually a lot of fun.  I will be there both days!

First day, there will be an NPC competition featuring the first even WELLNESS division in the U.S., so it will be interesting to see how that will do.  I will take candids backstage, as well as around the Fit Expo.

MuscleSport Media will be at the Chaos Nutrition booth #1623 and doing our Infamous Intox Instagram Live broadcasts from the Luxe City Center second floor bar both nights after the expo. Spin the Bottle Ladies Only edition.

Went two years ago and would never go back. No place to park and event was poorly attended. All the same faces and small showing of real competitors. Concessions were small in number. Something I would never go back to.

No place to park at the convention center. Yes, if you come a few hours after it opens. But there are tons of parking lots around, you may have to walk 10 minutes, but they are there.
 I tend to go early, before it gets too full.

And yes, some stars may be around, as it is the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards ceremony Saturday night at the Staples

I actually enjoy them. It’s a great place to network and make connections. Went to three last year

I don't like crowds. Don't like crowds of douchey looking IG people with flared lats, goofy hairdo's, plastic girlfriends.
Always thought about going to the Arnold to see the Strongman event, but then I see the expo, of brother... ???
