Decent actor that had some good movies earlier in his career, he overacts, and over exaggerates in all his roles

I watched a few of his recent movies, I like him as an actor.
-
Shit how famous was he then? I’m trying to think, Raisning Arizona and a few bit parts. Mid to late 90’s he was a top draw. Didn’t think he was a drugged up moron that early in his career.

The scene where the pit boss grabs her by the ass in that leather skirt and throws her out and slips in “the shocker” was up there too. Bitch was hot.

Wife didnt realise she was being fucked by a different cock and body... silly plot... and not just for that reason..

I will give credit where it is due. The man is the ruler of the gifs. I like the movie 8mm that he did that flew under the radar.

8mm was a fucking grim film.

Is she a pornstar? I think I cracked a few nuts to her back in the day.

For the most part, Cage is a horrible actor.

Yes, he is terrible. My least favorite actor. As a kid I loved the Ghost Rider comic book and they had to cast that fucktard into the roll ruining it for me. Every time I look at him I want to punch his face.
Mandy has to be one of the worst movies ever made.

Decent actor that had some good movies earlier in his career, he overacts, and over exaggerates in all his roles
Thats why people love him, his unique overacting :D

This old skit is pretty watchable - he seems able to take a very mild roasting (that's high praise! ;) ;D)
-
For those who like this shithead of an actor, Jamie Lewis just did an article on him. He even has his own acting style. ::)

Never thought he was a good actor.
He was halfway decent in The Rock only because the role fit his goofy personality.

You tube removed the videos that started this thread and terminated the account of the one that put it up. Hate censorship. I wanted to see him coked up.

shame we can´t see the video. some of his stuff is OK but nothing special.

but he knows his abc's

If you read his Bio in Wikipedia, it's unbelievable to read the amount of money he has frivolously spent during his acting career. He is an absolute BUFFOON when it comes to handling money.
Dozens of exotic cars, dozens of properties, a lear jet, multiple foreclosures and liens on his properties, countless lawsuits against him for unpaid debts. The list goes on.

Even a castle right?

Clearly knows how to make an entrance. ;D

Two castles at one time, I read.

His only good movies:
8MM
Kiss Of Death
Red Rock West

Yes, and a stupidly expensive yacht. He is dumb as a stump.

Seriously? You think those are his only good movies? No way.
He was great in Lord of War, Leaving Las Vegas(even though its highly depressing), National Treasure series, The Rock, Gone in 60 seconds, Raising Arizona, Matchstick Men.
lol...Kiss of death was terrible but to each his own. I'm a fan of his work. He's been in some clunkers too. He's a talented actor when he's paired with the right director.
-
Every director knows what they're gonna get when they get Nicholas for the job
-
I like Wild At Heart but not everyone will.
You'd think Cage's worst would be Wicker Man since it's so famously awful but you'd let a CIA psychiatrist dose you with LSD, glue your eyelids open, and subject you to 72 sleepless hours of continuous Wicker Man viewing before you would endure the anti-tainment of Left Behind.
-
Wild at Heart was a good one aslo.
The ones that WoogsRaven mentioned didn`t do much for me.
-
Regardless, whatever Nick Cage touches (good or bad movie), he leaves a special imprint on the creation
Even such stinkers such as the remake of Wicker man becomes memorable due to "THE BEES THE BEES!" , him clocking women in a bearsuit etc
Con Air was hilarious

I dig the dude. A lot of his movies, too.
But he needs to lay off the straight-to-bargain-bin crud he’s been making as of late. Same with Bruce Willis. But in Willis’s case, I imagine his sinking career is largely because, well, he has the reputation of being a total douche.

Bruce Willis broke Kevin Smiths heart during Cop Out.
"Soul Crushing"
" 'I'm Bruce Willis and I've been doing this for 25 years very successfully' - how long have you been silent motherf*cker? Please don't put your loser stink on me…"

He's basically trying to get as much work as he can because he's in serious debt.

8MM
Kiss Of Death
Red Rock West
Enjoyed 8MM (if that's the right word for that film!)
I thought the Rock was an enjoyable piece of unrealistic garbage too - maybe Ed Harris and Sean Connery helped me digest Cage's scenery chewing
