Was pushing 6 or 7 plates and could not handle all that weight along with his own 350 pounds and he and it went crashing to the ground. Hurt his hand, but was alright

I always say USE THE SAFETY BARS IN THE RACK.... THEY ARE THERE FOR A REASON.

There was another video of a guy with 8 plates who first rep was a disaster for him as he and the weights fell to the floor. I always wondered what injuries he may have suffered because of it. Never saw the guy in his youtube channel again
