Anybody know when PJ and Aaron go back to court? Interested to see it unfold and, most likely, how much time they'll get

Ask Vince G, he’ll know.

Just ask him. He's still here. He logged in this morning.

Here you go, bigkid. I also increased its size by 50%, to make it a little easier to read. I have also transcribed the letter below, for anyone who is having difficulty reading it from the letter itself, or would prefer to read it in Getbig classic "mustard" background:
"Hello judge William P. Dimitrouleas
Aaron Singerman, P.J Braun plus Robert DiMaggio [Ironage Getbig poster IronMagazine.com] are notoriously known for being bad for the industry. Everywhere from bad supplements to money scams.
Singerman especially, is working hard to whitewash his trail. In fact he is setting up foundations, becoming a honorable patriot etc (just to get off the hook in regards to the indictments).
What they have done is very serious. Tricking consumers to take dangerous supplements, and being involved in money laundering, and the list goes on.
Judge William P. Dimitrouloas [it would help if the asshole writing this letter spelled the judges name right both times] please don't fall for their so called "good guy manors" [??? sic - good guy MANNERS? And it's so-called, not "so called"]. Instead, give them the sentences they deserve.
Best Regards,
Dave [Palumbo??]"

I honestly don't think they are going to get any jail time. Asset forfeiture will suffice as far as the gov't is concerned if the value of the asset is significant. But if they are broke as a joke and nothing to seize or collect on, it could be a different story.
-
I heard May is the next court date. Charges are very serious
-
May of this year but it will likely be pushed back until 2021

All the while their attorneys will be making bank.

Nope...they have attorneys on salary....the delays are to keep them worried and nervous....make em sweat.

Why would someone write such a letter ? Seriously who cares..why wish jail time on someone..

I'm reminded of Ryan and Jeremy DeLuca of Bodybuilding.com - luckily, Jeremy had enough money to get no custodial sentence. He did pay a $600,000 fine though, and is a felon, as a result of these charges:

Attorneys do not work on salaries. They work on billed hours on contingency. And how in the hell would any attorneys make the gov't district attorneys sweat?

Oh yes they do....ask Louis Uridel. You need to remember that Blackstone Labs is owned by Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals.....they got the money to have their own attorneys....and they need them. They aren't going to be Harvard grads....likely people who got their J.D. online but they have the credentials.
As far as making them sweat is concerned, its an old school tactic.....seems to be really affecting PJ unfortunately as in one of his videos.
-
Isn’t Blackstone only partially owned by Hi Tech? And why the fuck would their assets go to bailing PJ out? If they do, it’s because their partnership agreement was written by an inexperienced individual.

It’s called retainer not salary. Very few companies have attorneys that work on salary which means JUST for them. The company I’ve attached my team to did 39,000,000,000 last year and while we do have in-house counsel - we retain additional counsel in times of need. I assure you that Blackstone is not a 39 billion a year company with 7,000 employees.

We have a getbig billionaire among us

Vince what are some good online schools to obtain a law degree so one can work as a corporate lawyer?

Isn't it Dave Lamamba Mamba who sent that mail?

Incorrect. They are given a retainer in advance and money is diverted from it based upon billable hours each month. There can be some months where there are no billable hours (assuming this is obviously a legit law abiding business).
-
why in the world would anyone give two fucks about these two inconsequential pieces of shit..............they are virtually nobodies in this "sport"?
-
WES, You may be right about them being nobodies, but we all seem to enjoy watching 'car-wrecks'!
