He should be nicknamed «The Gift» after winning the Masters Olympia with Vince Taylor placing second 😮🙈

Don beating Vince says everything thats wrong with the modern sport, a guy with inferior genetics kills himself with IUs and Mgs to defeat a genetically superior athlete in Vince Taylor.  On structure overall shape alone Youngblood shouldn't have won that show. Part of the reason why bodybuilding never progressed as a sport with guys like him and Branch doing well, bloated vascular guys, just a bad look.

I will say something about Youngblood. His skin was paper thin when he dieted down, and he had tremendous shoulder width. Those 2 traits really make a bodybuilder stand out onstage.

Agreed ^ Youngblood deserved the win, he soundly beat vince in 02...

Vince was off, you can't just keep rewarding guys that are off because they have better genetics? That's bullshit...

Branch won the AC a few times,  placed runner up at the O, did he deserve it?
