I wonder if he has the athleticism to play in the NFL.  On a side note I'd rather be built like the gymnasts.

I don't know why he doesn't try to get into the WWE.  They could market him as the world's strongest man (like they did with Mark Henry)

Mark Henry was legit, having won the first Arnold Pro Strongman contest in 2002.  I believe he pressed a 365-lb Apollon's Wheel.  He also pressed the "Inch Dumbbell", which was something like 240-lb at the time, but did this with solely the use of one hand.  The thickness of the handle also made it a nightmare to press.  The Circus Dumbbell record today is 330-lb, set last year [IIRC] by Mateusz Kieliszkowski of Poland, who was only 25 when he set the record.  :o

The difference being - with the Circus Dumbbell, you can use both hands until you ultimately press the dumbbell.  With the 240-lb "Inch Dumbbell" that Mark Henry pressed, you couldn't use more than one hand at all, for any portion of the lift.

With that in mind, and given the thickness of the dumbbell, the 240-lb was actually much more impressive than it would seem.

Henry was a strong dude!  Generally speaking, the winner of the Arnold Pro Strongman is the strongman athlete who can legitimately claim to be the strongest man in the world, so if that standard applied in the inaugural contest in 2002, you could safely call Mark Henry the strongest man in the world [powerlifters aside - but that is open for debate].

He had two guys flip him.

The two guys helped guide him through the first flip, since he has never done anything like that before... afterwards he does the flip by himself...

Very Impressive nonetheless

This topic make me think of 1982 World's Strongest Man 2nd place finisher , Tom Magee.

Supposed to be the next big thing in wrestling after Hogan ,wasn't he?

He's a Canadian legendary strongman, who was beaten by a number of Hebrews over a parking space, recently.  I suspect it wasn't his fault to begin with, causing him to rightfully stand his ground against the pack of Hebrews, who then beat him to a pulp.  It must be the former strongman mentality, not realizing that he is over 60, and can't perform like he once did.

Hebrews bring such peace and tolerance to every society they exist in, in large numbers, as this example was clearly evidence of.

Because strongmen don't know what in the fuck they are doing. Did you see Bill Kazmir ? Brutal. Looked so confused and out of place.
