Yeah, it seemed like a lot. I was expecting A LOT more machines and stuff for that amount of money.

Remember he had the entire two story structure built for this as well
In one of Ronnie Coleman's videos he speaks of paying 250,000 dollars for his home gym and it was no where near the size of this gym.

He didnt pay a dime. Manufacturers will give anyone equipment if they are sponsored or can bring in revenue. I was given a Total Trainer Pilates Machines after selling well over 1000 of them.

I’d say 100k at best.

Pricing gym equipment today, yeah close to $500K. (those Thomas Inch solids, pretty impressive to me) It's not BIG 5, cheaper made in China or India unbalanced and poor mental quality stuff. Don't know how many pieces in that gym, but plus racks of DB's., that's big money by anyone's count.
I'm sure he got quite a few (if not all) equipment donated from the manufacturers and will be featured in future video's, ads and personal endorsements. Big bucks all around, you bet. Even better equipped rehab centers can easily spend a easy 150-200K on their specialized equipment.

Ronnie also went on Jay Leno and lied about not using steroids. It was bullshit...he didn't pay a dime neither. Any manufacturer would kill to supply the reigning Mr Olympia...

He's talking about the garage as well as the equipment. The upstairs is a large office space as well.
He didn't say he paid for it all, might be worth close to that with everything included. (Construction, etc).
His garage is bigger than a lot of peoples houses...

Good to know , now my $1200 home gym is worth about $51200 :o .

No price for biceps supinator machinery & 666 spares ??? ::)

500 k for a home gym seems like a huge waste of money, even for him as a pro strongman.

500 k for a home gym seems like a huge waste of money, even for him as a pro strongman.
He moved houses, had a new one built. This is just his garage.
He didnt do it just for the gym only.
Its how he makes a living, so probably not a waste of money. Normal gyms in every area are not equipped properly for people like him.
He did keep the strongman setup back at his other storage building he owns, so he can go back and forth.
Having not won prize money in a few years, his YouTube stuff, sponsorships, merch sales and whatever else he does is keeping him earning it seems.
Can only lose for so many years though before giving it up, not sure how many years he does have left competing.
I can picture him on TV doing commentary for WSM in the future. The nerd and the ex-NFL guy doing it these days is annoying.
Almost as annoying as Onion Head (Kaz) used to be...
