I promised myself that I wouldn't watch anymore Ronnie Coleman Instagram videos.  >:(  Bah!

New rule:

I will watch any videos of Ronnie posted by SF1900 or any other Getbigger - but THAT'S IT.

I simply can't come across as encouraging Ronnie.  People are encouraging him to do this, and will continue to do so until he dies!  It has to stop.  Enough already!

Can you imagine Arnold or Haney years after retiring from winning tons of Sandows saying " I know I look small because I haven't worked out in 5 weeks "

You can't , they have self-respect.

Idk, that's like  the type of conversation  you'd hear teenagers in YouTube or in high school to their gym buddies ..

I bet Ronnie's daughters (the older ones) get really sad every time Ronnie post nonsense as such
