Damn! Not sure if he actually is 6.9% body fat that, but regardless of the exact percentage, he looks damn good there for 46:
Mark is 48 now, and will be turning 49 on June 5th. :o
Mark said that the lowest weight he ever was for a movie was 138-lb in Boogie Nights, and the heaviest he was for a movie was 213-lb in Pain and Gain. He then said he cut to 137-lb around 2015 for another movie...but it was a lot harder this second time out because he was 44 at the time. I bet. I'm impressed that he got that low! In fact, Mark has inspired me to attempt to drop to 155-lb over the course of the next month! I am currently 171-lb, and I am confident that intermittent fasting will take me to 155-lb. The lightest I have ever been has been 157-lb in July of 2016.
Does anyone know what movie from 2015 or more recently Mark was in where he was REALLY down in body weight? I don't know what role he played where he had to get to 137-lb for. If anyone knows, please let me know. I am interested in checking that movie out. 8)

TRT? I would bet money he is juicing.
-
Dr. Greg Doucette says take whatever percent bf someone says they are and add five percent to get the real number. It's close. He's no wear near 6.9%

Run along gimmick before someone tries to milk you.
Pork Tits...
Fucking brutal lol....

6.9 % bf , ::)

TRT? I would bet money he is juicing.
'TRT', as in probably prescribed, even though likely high enough to be a cycle amount like 200 mg's or more.

Even at that. I doubt he was 215 pounds in the film no pain no gain”.
-
Wahlbergs always seemed to look good and at various sizes.
Whats his best movie physique?

At 5'8.5", I think 213-lb is believable. I am the same height, and 212.6 was my heaviest weight, and while I was fat at that weight, I carried some decent size too. In a t-shirt, I wouldn't be radically different looking than Mark - given we are the same height, have the same wingspan, and were both fat/muscular at 213-lb.
It's not like he was in contest condition in Pain and Gain or anything.
The movie "No Pain No Gain" that you referenced is not a Wahlberg picture. It was an Ironage bodybuilding video that was discussed on the boards when it was released in 2005, starring Gus Malliarodakis and Dennis Newman:
