Title: Nathan Deasha Ready For Arnold???
Post by: SAMSON123 on March 02, 2020, 10:52:46 AM
I saw some pics a few days ago where this guy looked like he was living off of KRISPY KREME

All of a sudden it appears like he is dialing it in now

We will see come contest time

Milos said that Mustafa Mohammad would show up two weeks before a contest at 15% body fat, then somehow make it to the contest, stage ready, at under 5% body fat.

I think that was about right.  It may have been a month out at 15-20% body fat, but either way - whatever the cut was, I remember thinking "How can a person cut body fat that quickly?"  One way or another, Mustafa did it.

I hope they are not using the deadly DNP to accomplish that task???

The risks are WAY TO HIGH for a trophy

Is there any other way?  If there is - is there any way to drop that much body fat that quickly without putting yourself at risk?

I archived a thread from Getbig on my website, and it outlines some of the risks Mustafa would take:

http://bg1.vimar.ca/ifbbwarning.html

As you said, the risks are way too high for a trophy.

Just one thing I should point out though..."15%" is what a lot of people would call 12% body fat - or even 10%.  I find that people tend to underestimate their body fat level.

That being said, even a real 15% body fat [which is a pretty good body fat level for normal people to be], is still quite the move down to bodybuilding competition body fat levels!  So it's no surprise to me that the ambulance had to be called on Mustafa as outlined above from that old GB thread.

Not that dropping massive amounts of water is safe either

Momo Benaziza, Paul Dillet, Possibly Dallas McCarver (fainting on stage), Andreaz Munzer etc all went through terrible cramping, passing out, collapsing and even dying... with dehydration (Diuretics) being a participant as the cause

This bodybuilder from England known as THE GIANT gives a discussion about DNP and its side effects.

He too used it and vowed never again

Once again, how is it these guys go from Krispy Kreame conditioning to this practically over night?

they are water balloons, they look fat but its mostly excess water, chuck some diuretics in and bingo
