Title: Hardcore gyms - Tampa

true, but gyms also have an atmosphere which sometimes help with motivation and general enjoyment of the experience

I agree with you. I have worked out in some hotel hell holes during vacation and made the best of it telling my self a 45lbs plate is a 45lbs plate no matter where you go. Only temporary maintenance on vacation. Once trained in a hotel gym the size of a closet. Biggest dumbbells were 25lbs. High rep day. ;D Where is that gym in the photo you put up? Looks amazing.

i don't really know. some thought it was one of bill pearl's gyms but not really sure.

Unfortunately not. It's got a good reputation but I never made it there. I did visit Jersey Shore Fitness a few times when I was working in the area.
